An application does not create an account. The team reviews it, and access to client enquiries opens after document checks.

Developer

A developer who wants buyers from around the world: directly from platform clients and from its agents.

Project cards in the platform catalogue with prices, building statuses and documents.
Enquiries with a client registration that shows who brought the buyer.
The status of your clearance documents, in the same form the moderator sees.

Send a developer application

There is no self-service developer registration: the application exists so that a country manager can contact you, and our team sets the project up.

Referral network

Invite partners with your link and receive a share from their closed requests.

70% of the network pool from every closed request of a partner you invited personally.
Five levels deep: the network grows by itself, and each level brings you a share.
Personal commission is never withheld; the first line is never withheld except in countries closed on all levels.
