What the platform gives
A reservation with a timer instead of a chat thread
Every reservation has a deadline and a confirmation status, and you nominate two confirming contacts: a primary and a backup. Said out loud: this is order inside the platform, it does not protect you from your own sales department selling the same unit in parallel.
You can see what was accepted, what was not and why
A dedicated screen shows the freshness of your inventory: which data was accepted, which was rejected and for what reason. No guessing why a building never appeared in the catalogue.
Check status with a stated deadline
You see which step the check of your company and of each project is on, and the deadline the platform committed to. The deadline is named before the work starts, not after.

How it works, step by step
The form takes three minutes. Access opens after a check. Projects go into the catalogue only with verified documents.

Registration. Fill in a short form: name, job title, work email, phone, company and its website. No password needed.

Checking that you work for the company. Within 1 business day we call the number on your company's official website to confirm you work there. If your email is not on the company domain (gmail, for example), we ask the company for a letter confirming you work for them. If the company is not in our catalogue yet, we add it.

Access to the account. After the check, we email a link to your work address. You use it to set your own password. We never see or store it.

Company check. We also check the company itself. Several people make that decision, not one, and it is recorded with the reason. Your account stays open while this check runs.

A check for every project. Land, title, permits, zoning and buyer payment protection are checked separately for each project. Failing blocks the publication of that project, not of the whole company.

Working in the console. A queue of actions for reservations and registrations, the inventory and its freshness, the check status, and the readiness of a card for publication. Four screens, each answering one question.
Terms, honestly
The only number we state publicly is zero for listing. Everything else is fixed by the contract for your country, because terms differ between countries.
- Listing projects in the catalogue costs zero. Payment arises on a closed deal, not on impressions, not on enquiries and not on a position in the listing.
- A place in the catalogue is not for sale. There is no paid position on the platform in any form.
- Priority status grants no veto: not over the publication of other projects, not over partners working in other countries. No such arrangement exists, not even verbally.
- Housebook does not accept, hold or convert the buyer's money. Payments run between the buyer and you; the platform does not stand in that chain.
- The settlement section opens per country once the compensation plan for that country is ratified. Until then you see a timeline of confirmed milestones rather than amounts.
- Your data about the buyer stays with you: the platform passes on to the developer neither the partner's name, nor their commission, nor the content of the correspondence with the client.
What the platform does not promise: instant publication, automatic reconciliation of your documents against state registries, or a specific number of deals per month. The check is manual, a person makes the decision, and we name the deadline for that check before we start.

What does listing cost?

Can I register on my own?

Do you reconcile my documents against a state registry?
There is no automatic reconciliation in the launch countries. The check is manual, a person makes the decision, and for the company it is made by a collegiate body rather than by one person.
What if my own sales department sells the same unit at the same time?
The reservation order works inside the platform and does not block your own sale. We say this plainly so that you do not count on protection that does not exist.
Will you show me which of your partners brought the buyer?
No. You see an anonymous identifier, the country and the response deadline commitment. The partner's name and their commission stay inside the platform.
Does priority status give exclusivity in a country?
No. A veto over publishing other projects or over partners working in other countries does not exist under any status.
Do you hold the buyer's money?
No. The platform does not accept, hold or convert buyer funds at any stage.
How quickly will the project appear in the catalogue?
We do not promise instant publication. We name our own deadline for the check and for the first publication before the work begins, and we show which step the check is on right now.
